A landmark partnership among foster care agencies that serve as surrogate parents for hundreds of children and teens in Kentucky. They are committed to help youth transition from agency care to independent living.
A caring family of foster care alumni who have faced the challenges of getting jobs, continuing their education, and overcoming the barriers of mental health management. They have succeeded and are giving back.
True Up prepares foster youth through education and experience-based learning in the following core areas:

True Up is a collaborative movement spearheaded by eight non-profit agencies in Metro Louisville to enhance services for foster youth. Our founding members include:
