As a boy, Frank Harshaw experienced some of the difficult challenges of growing up in foster care. With help and encouragement from others, he was determined to gain an education, a good job and an independent life.
Nikki is the primary contact for youth and young adults who have a foster care history and their champions in the community. Her vision is to make True Up a beacon of support and empowerment for individuals navigating the challenges of transitioning from foster care to independent adulthood.
